SAP Patches Critical Kernel Flaw Enabling Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution
SAP has released security updates addressing CVE-2026-44756, a kernel-adjacent memory corruption vulnerability in the Extended Passport (EPP) Processing component. With a CVSS score of 10.0, the flaw could allow unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code, potentially leading to full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
