Help TDS Tied to Hotejka Affiliate Program Behind 20,000+ Cloudflare Pages Tech Support Scams
Researchers have linked the long-running Traffic Distribution System Help TDS to the Russian-language affiliate program Hotejka, a rebrand of the ROI777 operation. The TDS has been active since at least 2017 and redirects unsuspecting visitors to tech support scams. Over 20,000 Cloudflare Pages domains are currently hosting these scams, having been compromised or abused to host the PHP templates distributed by Help TDS affiliates.
